Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Prime Players SL mobile application (“App”) and the related services, including the purchase of a membership that provides access to experiences offered by football clubs, such as rights linked to the Solidarity Mechanism.

1. Introduction

By registering, purchasing a membership, or using any service offered through the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Company information

Prime Players SL is a company registered in Spain operating under the brand Prime Players. Through the App, Prime Players SL allows fans to purchase a membership linked to experiences and economic rights associated with football clubs.

3. Eligibility and user account

To use the App and purchase a membership:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must create a user account with accurate, complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Prime Players SL may suspend or terminate your account if information is false or if you breach these Terms.

4. Membership purchase

When purchasing a membership through the App:

  • You acquire economic rights related to the solidarity mechanism that a football club holds over players it has trained.
  • Depending on the membership tier, you may receive access to experiences such as club store discounts, VIP stadium experiences, and merchandise.
  • After purchase, the service is delivered immediately: you obtain the economic rights linked to the club and the experiences the club has associated with that membership.
  • Membership is a one-time payment; no recurring subscription is required.
  • Purchases are final; refunds or cancellations are not permitted once a transaction is completed, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Membership is non-transferable.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under applicable consumer law, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By accepting these Terms and completing purchase, you acknowledge that the service is provided immediately upon purchase and that you may therefore waive withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. Because benefits and rights are provided without undue delay, you may forfeit the right to a refund after accessing the service.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before purchasing, users must complete KYC verification with identification and other information requested, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) rules. Prime Players SL may refuse or cancel a transaction if KYC is not completed satisfactorily.

7. Use of the App and services

You agree to use the App lawfully and in line with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
  • Infringe the rights of Prime Players SL or third parties, including intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the App (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) belongs to Prime Players SL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Prime Players SL is not liable for damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the App or services.
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
  • Interruption or cessation of the service.
  • Third-party conduct on the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Players SL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Privacy and data protection

Prime Players SL processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as set out there.

11. Changes to the Terms

Prime Players SL may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the App or other appropriate channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

Prime Players SL may terminate or suspend access to the App without prior notice if you breach these Terms or where otherwise necessary. On termination, you must stop using the App.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
